Portuguese Court Rules PCR Tests “Unreliable” & Quarantines “Unlawful”
An important legal decision has been facing total media blackout in the press. An appeals court in Portugal had ruled in November 2020 that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2. Any enforced quarantine based on that kind of test is, therefore, unlawful. Furthermore, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.
